east petaluma, 36. west petaluma was dealing with fog. west napa, 40. st. helen aalso 40. low 40s in the santa cruz mountains. the fog will be a big deal. this was near calistoga, i guarantee it will be back. the east bay as well. we had a low cloud deck around sfo and oakland. that will be back as well. one final look of the rainfall for october. from san jose 1.56. that was 195% of normal. santa rosa 7.38. 364% of normal. although some observations were higher than that. everyone did really well, including some of our observers here. crescent city over 20 inches. cob mountain, 14 and a third. danville, west danville 7.82. morgan hill had over 7 inches of rain. 300 to 400% of normal. new month and new weather pattern and it kicked in. high pressure is built in. with so much moisture, we will have to deal with the fog nights and mornings. otherwise the pattern looks good and warmer. although the 24-hour temperature change shows most locations are running cooler. that makes sense. we have lost the clouds and had cool lows this morning. the afternoon highs will bump up a lit
