then, we have peter doocy as well.e six >> reporter: biden's plan, according some stomach to some estimates, could cost as much as $320 billion more. biden wants to bring back the individual mandate, the mandate that punches people who opt out of coverage, charging over $600 for adults who opt out. he wants to let illegal immigrants be able to enroll in the exchange. they will get slapped with the same individual mandate fine. if they opt out of coverage, the mandate is levied through taxes. if you are filing taxes, you won't be charged. this policy expert tells me that biden's plan to let people here illegally benefit from the exchange could have an impact on on your premiums as well. if a lot of people enroll with pre-existing conditions, that could drive up the price for everyone else. at the moment, biden is not letting stomach planning on letting the government subsidized care for illegal immigrants, meaning they would have to shell out the full cost of themselves. that is making immigration reform advocates suspi
