the people are scrambling quite a bit and i wish that more people could peter today but it is important for us for this committee and the work that it does. i have had a number of legislative appointments which i think intersect quite well and what i bring to the committee and the housing perspective, i'm currently the chair of the advisory committee. the oversight group for the implementation of this very comprehensive, very aspirational development program for the upper market. part of that is prioritizing and allocating funds which are used for putting away money for capital projects. i am serving on the infrastructure finance committee which most recently adopted a pilot program. we have established various guidelines for financing and infrastructure. i have been appointed to the back streets advisory board. our charge was to come up with some suggestive policies strategies. lastly, i was in her the bioscience task force. we had years to come up with a policy suggestion. i've had experience and i think we have served in these rounds. i will say that the housing representative to the
