there are provision for pg and e for these resources. so they are browning this product instead of a green product. they are looking for a settlement. there is another proceeding. pg and e filed an advice letter which is required by the state law and puc's rule with regard to the code of conduct for marketing against pca's. the utilities were required by march 31st to state whether they would market against cca's or alternatively to create an independent marketing organization. the two other large utilities in the state sce and tempra decided not to set up independent lobbying organizations or marketing organizations. pg and e states that it is retaining it's right to create one. it does not state that it will create one or that it plans not to create one. so, this is not consistent with state law and the san francisco puc will be filing a protest and asking the commission to direct pg and e to make-up it's mind. >> a poisoned -- point of clarification, we filed that. >> and when do we expect to have any kind of ruling? >> because it's a

the basics of it are pg&e has, in our view, improved the program. you know, we are on record as supporting green tariff options. we have said that to the california public utilities commission, but we are concerned with the details of the program that pg&e has now presented in the settlement form. we are concerned about the cost-shifting that may occur between pg&e's existing programs and this new program. they're able to -- they haven't been clear as to how they're going to recover the costs of the program. and as you've seen in our discussions of setting the rates for our clean power s.f. program, it matters how cost competitive your program is. it really matters how you recover those costs. and if nonparticipating customers are helping pg&e recover some of those costs, then that means they're not -- the participating customers aren't. and it's disadvantaging competitors like our cca program. so, we will be -- we intend to develop comments to the cpuc along those lines, raising our concerns about the details. but we are happy to see that pg&e's se

&e and there is nothing really unusual about this, it is just allowing, the project to connect to pg&e system and to be able to distribute the powerfulness project and other city facilities and other lines. so, the interconnection, agreement will be fairly simple in terms of its scope, and the electrical requirements that go around installing the meter, and so, there is an upgrade requirement for that meter and then there is a long term ownership charge. so, we have estimated of those costs that come into be 36, 765, that is a high number that we think will actually come in less than that when it is finally done and we will not have to pay that amount. and so, we are asking for your approval on the inner connection agreement and we wanted to do this now rather than wait so that we could know what the costs are and whether there could be a need to cure any problems or costs for pg&e, but it does not appear to be, it appears to be straight forward. so that is basically, what it is. i understand that there are legal issues that we need to talk about in a moment but we can take any questi

there were 40,000 people that called pg and e about their gas. that means they call turned off their gas? did they need to do that? when do you have to? when there is a problem. how long did you think it takes pg and e to get out and turn it back on? 45,000 people. days weeks, may be a month. who has seen this in the streets. a lot of muck is in there is it's full of dirt and weeds you turn it to the right to tighten it and left to loosen it. your home work you have to look at your house, pop open the lid, look in there see what's going on in there it's not nice and clean like this. who has seen this around their house? everybody. each meter has a shut off. you want to find out where your gas meter is. you can keep track of your usage but you will know how to shut it off. here's the shut off. i have some tools up here, you can look at these. any hardware store has these. they fit on this and it allows you to turn off the gas. when we talk about the wheels it's these on top. if you have a broken pipe. they will spin like mad. when it's daylight, g

we spoke to pg&e, still trying to fix the equipment that was intentionally sabotaged yesterday.o power outages. what happened here is definitely putting a stress on the south bay's power supply. at least was yesterday. with regards to cell service, sheriff's office has told us that at&t has been able to restore mobile and internet service in morgan hill and gilroy. that means you won't see any more of this, a message saying mobile network not available. someone took out the cell internet and 911 service by cutting fiber optic cables along monterey highway and coyote ranch not far from where we're at. these are lines operated by at&t but shared by other providers. 911 service was restored in the afternoon and everything else overnight. someone broke through the security fence, fired a rifle to damage five transformer, prompting a flex alert through the iso, urging pg&e customers to conserve their usage. >> they knew where to go for the fiber optic. they knew where to cut. they also were able to take out some very, very critical parts of the pg&e substation. >> reporter: so, again
