police are trying to sort out a double stabbing in the northeast section of philadelphia, it happened on the 5900 block early this morning, a 54-year-old man was stabbed at least twice and a 71-year-old woman, the man's roommate was stabbed at least 15 times. john rawlins is live at the scene. >> reporter: the 71-year-old victim is upgraded to good condition and we have not got the condition of the 54-year-old yet. when police arrived there was an 18-year-old neighbor that came over to help the victims, the 18-year-old was from the other side of the street, the police have had him at the detectives headquarters as a witness and they came back to his house and it didn't seem to be a routine call. >> they used a battering ram to go into the 18-year-old's home, he was hosing down the bloody scene when they arrived. >> this neighbor had a hose in his hand but not only hosing down the blood but the bloody female. he was actually squirting the hose on the female, which isn't good. >> the 18-year-old's mom told her he heard screams and when to the victim's house. >> i think he is trying to h
