nbc 10's matt delucia is live in northeast philadelphia, and matt you just spoke with some of those officers who are now on their way to new york yeah rosemary. those buses left just a few minutes ago from the lodge here in northeast philadelphia. they are on their way to new york as we speak. it's a difficult trip especially now for system of those officers going for the second time. a little over 100 officers left from the lodge, they went for the funeral for officer ramos of the new york police department. take a look at some of this video we just shot of the officers here about 80 of them getting on the buses here heading up to new york. they are going to the memorial service for officer wenjian liu. now, the thing is, last week so many people went from around the country, upwards of 25,000 officers, that the philly officers couldn't get into the church itself so they lined the procession route from the church to the cemetery. the officers today plan to do the same thing. now, i did speak with a couple of the officers who were on those buses right now. some who did go last week. they're going now for the second time. here's

wasn't a miss of the forecast by much 25 miles, 30 miles made the difference for new york city. philadelphia were worse than new york city, were expecting 8 to 10 only picked up two inches. those areas did better than expected. that forecast if you want to give it a grade, give that a d. but anywhere from central connecticut out through cape cod, up through all of massachusetts and coastal maine, this forecast is spot on. the timing has been on impacts have been on. the only impact is less than expected was the power outages. still losing all of nantucket is big and trying to evacuate long island in this weather is dangerous, that's an interesting situation. the rest of the power outage in 20 to 40,000 person range is probably lower than expected. one of the reasons why, the storm was a little further off the coast. if that happens, it means more cold air is able to come from canada. instead of being a heavy, wet snow, it was a light, fluffy snow. it doesn't stick to power lines and trees, doesn't add weight. when the wind blows it doesn't add weight to the trees. that's one of the reason we
