philip philip, hello, hello, in the application you need to select the parking zone number, select the time at which the parking will be carried out, enter the number of your car and pay for it in any convenient way. every year millions of tourists come to the city, also not all muscovites have the main version of the application installed parking in russia, some people rarely use paid parking and for their convenience. then we offer this option. the most important thing is saving time, because you have 5 minutes to pay, sometimes they were not enough if there were interruptions with the mobile internet, or the user was still trying to install the application during this time, which meant that the driver was threatened with a fine. so, how do you like this idea in general, here is a blitz application? i haven't tried it, the first time. galina has been using the parking service of russia for a long time, but decided to test the innovation on herself. i even liked it, although i have an application, i always use the application. which is normal, this method of payment is well suited for tourists and those who do not use personal transport often, because in this case there is no need to download additional applications, but those who park in the city regularly are still recommended to install the full version of the service, there in case of an error you can, for example, change the car number and parking zone, which you cannot do in the blitz application. artem kuznetsov, dmitry shestukhin and ada adamova, news. fraudsters have come up with a new scheme remote fraud, they call pensioners and introduce themselves as employees of any energy company. organization, say that a new benefit for paying for services is due, send a link where you need to enter your personal and bank data, thus the criminals gain access to all accounts, moreover, have the opportunity to apply for loans without the victim's knowledge. over the past year , at least half a million people have suffered from remote fraud, every fourth of them is a pensioner, how do criminals carry out such large-scale attacks why exactly... the mobile phone remains the favorite tool of scammers, this was told in an interview with our program by the head of the information and public relations department of the capital's govd vladimir vasenin. the equipment that the officers of the moscow criminal investigation department seized from cyber fraudsters, with the help of this equipment they deceived gullible citizens. tell me, what is this? here, in fact, a standard set of people who commit remote fraud, in each slot the criminals insert a sim card, which carries out already phone calls, after that. all this is connected into one system by wires, output to a computer program , calls are made automatically, these are thousands of calls that can be made per day, it's good that it is now on this table. how relevant is the problem of telephone scammers? for understanding and as an example, all crime can be singled out as 100%. so almost 50% is remote fraud, we have created a specialized unit based on the moscow police, which deals specifically with disclosure of such facts: firstly, these are trained employees. and have more advanced knowledge than an ordinary police officer, and there is a chance to return the money, but it is important to contact them quickly, the phone is in the most important circle of trust, psychologists say so, they said this clearly, and the information that you receive in your personal device, you begin to relate to it, and if it, if it is sensitive, you begin to worry, it may not only be excitement, it may also be joy, it may be a desire for profit, so called, getting a benefit, this is an increase in pension, this is getting a voucher, this is a reduction in payment for electricity, for water, for any utilities. the conversation is built in such a way that in any case during the conversation you will give the password with which access to your mobile bank will be carried out. now on the streets of moscow it is becoming calmer, it is becoming uneasy in the it sphere, in those devices that you each have with you, this is a mobile phone. who is at risk, yes, to fall for the tricks of scammers, here having a phone in hand. just a few months ago i would have clearly named the category of pensioners, but... we now understand that this story, namely attempts to deceive, it applies to everyone in general. on november 10, on police day, a young lieutenant calls me and says: good afternoon, why didn't you show up for the summons? i say, let's start with the fact that, first of all, happy holiday, this man answers me, happy holiday? that is, i say: well, probably, we don't need to continue the conversation further, a criminal uses social engineering methods, and you get information that makes you worry, if a child, having received some information, can... immediately turn to an adult and say so stop, these are scammers, they are deceiving me, then you will not become a victim of a crime. if a child cannot do this , he can turn to someone, of course, to a parent. if he approaches any other person who can play such a role, you will also not become a victim of a scammer. it was vladimir vasenin, vladimir vladimirovich, thank you for the interview. thank you. now briefly about other events, she, a figure skating coach from moscow, complete strangers, but genetic alexey and irina are twins, their stem cells matched 100%. of course, there is excitement, after all, it is such an event. according to the rules, the donor and recipient can meet only 2 years after the transplant. gennady is already waiting for a meeting with his donor, although the transfusion took place. just a few days ago, in 21, he was diagnosed with blood cancer, hid it from his parents for 3 months, i don’t know how to thank the donor, there are no words, the donor gave me a chance, to be born a second time, a family, a daughter, we must move forward, about the transplant and bone marrow collection there are still so many myths about the brain that you don't expect to see a regular blood collection machine, a cell separator, in just 4 hours it takes stem cells directly from... a donor, and returns the entire volume of blood, but into another vein. 4 days before the manipulation , a special solution is introduced into the body, thanks to which stem cells move from the bone marrow into the blood. for the donor, this is... there is no harm to health and no harm to life, since donors do not have any side effects, long-term, yes, delayed effects, in general i am a member in the bone marrow donor registry, my husband, for example, is also a member, thanks to the flow of inspiring stories of patients, the project "i will live" was created, here at vdnkh they opened a unique photo exhibition, which will become a support for those who are currently fighting oncology, on each portrait are the names and surnames of doctors, because the continuation, and sometimes more than one life, including ... and their merit. when we were preparing for the shooting, we asked our heroes about what they like, what their children like. twins, they were photographed with a mixer, yes, with flour, it was a lot of fun, they blew into this flour, they smeared themselves and their mother. the heroes of this project are men and women who not only overcame oncological blood disease, but also became parents. some had children after chemotherapy, some of the participants got sick in the most vulnerable period during pregnancy. this is what happened. elmira, she was diagnosed in the seventh month, it was 8 years ago, next to her son, already a second-grader and a loving husband, who went through this whole difficult path with her. the donor was found in foreign registry, it turned out to be turak, here is a 42-year-old man, and he matched me by 90%. after 2 years, somewhere, i was given his address, and i remember writing him a postcard for the new year. it is believed that the chance of a genetic match of stem cells is one in 100. today, in the russian registry of bone marrow donors. about 3,000 people, the more residents from different parts of our country become donors, especially since it is not painful at all scary, the more opportunities will open up for those who are >> gio: let's switch gears here. what about the taylor swift effect, right, with the singer endorsing harris. do these high-profile endorsements even matter that much? >> well, look, what i'll say is that in the 24 hours after taylor swift made that endorsement on instagram, the voter registration site vote.gov said it saw 400,000 plus people visit it. it's a 13 times uptick than what it's normally seen. if that interest actually translates into votes, who knows. we'll see. i think celebrity endorsements have been a mixed bag in recent history, but i'll put it this way, kamala harris is trying to juice the margins, so a boost from taylor swift, i would say, doesn't hurt. >> whit: all right. asma and maryalice parks, thank you so much. we appreciate it, as always. >>> and coming up here on "good morning america," just ahead of sunday's emmys, the nominees reveal their own favorites they hope to see on stage. pe to see . in 99% of people over 50. it's lying dormant, waiting... and could reactivate. shingles strikes as a painful, blistering rash that can last for weeks. and it could wake at any time. think you're not at risk for shingles? philip trofimov, vesti program host. philip, hello. yandex has reported for the first time on the number of subscribers to the paid version of the voice assistant. how many people are willing to pay to communicate with alice? good afternoon, but strictly speaking it is paid. well, for now it is rather conditional and, probably, the numbers by the end of the year will be more indicative, but globally it is interesting that yandex was the first in the world to make a classic assistant of the new generation and the first to test its paid version, amazon is thinking about something similar with its lecture, but so far it is only thinking, here is already the first report. yandex revealed the number of subscribers to the paid version of the alice assistant, there are more than a million of them, let me remind you, the alice pro version was announced in early april of this year. then the voice assistant was basically relaunched, completely, transferring it to work with the yandex gpt generative network, that is, before that, access to a large language model from the voice assistant was implemented as a skill and required an explicit launch by the alice command, let's figure it out, since april, all communication with alice has been based on the gpt model and then alice pro was launched. from free version it differs in two points, firstly, it works on the basis of the most powerful neural network model of yandex gpt3 pro. this means that its answers are more complete and accurate: superiority according to yandex's own estimates from one and a half to five times, depending on the category of tasks. another issue is that since we are talking primarily about text generation, this is mainly no longer voice communication with a speaker, but text on a service website launched specifically for these purposes. and, as they say, some, especially new ones professionally oriented users go there right away. however, the voice interface works in pro mode. we often meet sessions when people are at home with a speaker, in their free time a marketer comes up with an idea, he starts to hammer it out in a dialogue with alice, then we support, actually, the save function, you can just say save speakers, and this chat will be put aside in a separate entity, to which you can return later on the desktop and finish or take the results that you came up with with this speaker, the second point is that what distinguishes alice pro from the free version is what was called professions at the april presentation, when they showed one nanny who, according to a set schedule, will wake up a child for school, play an educational quest from yandextextbook, remind or monitor something, then they hinted that perhaps they will let users create such professions themselves, well, or scenarios, but for now, as they say, they are busy improving the service in the most popular areas, that is, not alice, for example, a marketer, after all alice is a marketing assistant, and one more thing, alice became the world's first classic voice assistant with a paid version of 100 rubles per month, and now it has gained a million users of this pro version, but there is a nuance: the first 180 days are provided for free. and these 180 days will begin to expire in a couple of weeks, and how long users will keep the subscription when the money starts to be written off is unknown. in fact , it is quite difficult to predict such things, because they are often market-dependent and mentality-dependent, and here, as it were, the intersection of two things, the subscription model exists in russia, different services have completely different indicators, accordingly , assistants also exist in russia, these are also different indicators of return, usability and so on, this intersection is very difficult to guess, however, as they say, in any case, alice pro and the new scenario have already, at a minimum, increased the number of requests per user and the activity of the audience as a whole. pre-orders for the new iphones turned out to be a third lower than for the previous version of smartphones from apple year back, at least as far as the top models with the pro index are concerned, such data was provided by an analyst at tf international securities, known for his insider information related to events around the cupertino corporation, according to his information, during the first weekend after the official announcement of the iphone 16 line, pre-orders amounted to 37 million units, and this is less than what apple expected, while interest in different versions differs significantly, if the 16 pro and pro max were requested in orders for 27 and 16% compared to last year models, then the simplest iphone 16 grew by 10%, and its larger version 16 plus. almost half, however, it should be noted that in absolute values , almost half, that is, 17 million units of pre-orders still fell on the most expensive version of the iphone 16 pro max, well, that is why the decrease in interest in this model affected the overall figures so noticeably. as for the reasons for this decrease in interest, there is a version that this is primarily due to the fact that apple did not have time to complete numerous functions related to artificial intelligence, which received the general... name apple intelligence and were very solemnly announced at the beginning of the summer at the apple developer conferencebdc, everything looked impressive from the completely new voice assistant of syria and many nireset miracles happening directly on the device, that is, without sending data somewhere to the cloud, and to the integration with the gpt chat. as a result, the first elements of this new platform will be available only in october, only in the usa only in... english language to end of the year, access is promised for users from the uk, australia, canada and new zealand, again only with english. support for spanish, french, chinese and philip trofimov, host of the program vestinet. philip, the attempt to ban the social network x in brazil, which was previously called twitter, caused the growth of such a little-known company as bluesky. tell us what kind of network it is and will it become. can it become a replacement for x, at least for some of the user? good afternoon, well , first of all, bulyuska is to some extent a relative of twitter, to fully replace the current x is in principle a rather difficult task, but bluesky is interesting in itself, and what characteristically, this is not the only alternative, well, more details a little later, let's start with the risks of deglobalization. sanctions against russian companies and individual security specialists could potentially threaten western businesses, this is the conclusion reached by american security experts, we are talking about... a large study by the specialized publication cso online, dedicated to the market, the so-called buckbounty, a reward for finding vulnerabilities in information systems. after february 2022, the largest global platforms of this kind refused cooperation with russian white hat hackers, moreover, the publication cites situations when the payment of bonuses for information about serious security holes in the largest structures, and this is tens of thousands of dollars for each. russian and belarusian researchers were denied even in those cases. when the report was sent before the introduction of sanctions, did not receive, as they say, the due bonuses and kaspersky lab, which discovered four zero-day vulnerabilities in the apple mobile operating system at once, that is, such against exploitation, which there are no countermeasures. these vulnerabilities allowed remote access to iphones, even if the user did not make any mistakes, such as clicking on dubious links. in fact, this is how the attack on the device was carried out. laboratory employees, the attack was uncovered, the results of the investigation, of course, were sent to cupertino, and they did not receive a bonus. so, according to american security experts, all this not only greatly stimulated the development of domestic sites that pay white hackers for improving the security of russian companies, but it put individual researchers from russia and some other countries in front of a choice: either report vulnerabilities found in western it businesses for free, or sell this information to an aggregator of such... according to the microblogging service itself , the company experienced the largest surge in activity in its history and the registration of half a million new users at once, and this despite the fact that the platform, which was fully launched only in february of this year, still had an audience of about 6 million people. this happened at the moment when the brazilian court banned the ex network, well, former twitter, in the country, users rushed to look for an alternative and found it in bluesky, fortunately , the brazilian president, saying goodbye to his subscribers in x, gave a link to his accounts on other platforms and was the first to indicate bluesky, it is noteworthy that both of these platforms were created by one person, the legendary jack dorsey, he launched bluesky and spun it off into a separate business even before he sold twitter to elon musk. according to the idea, this is a new generation social network with open source code. and protocol that allows users to easily transfer their profile to any project built on it. for several years, all this existed in closed test mode and only at the beginning of this year became available to everyone. at the same time, the growth of the audience has so far been significantly associated with twitter. first , those dissatisfied with the sale of twitter to elon musk and the order that he brought there ran to bluesky, and now those who, on the contrary, have been banned from accessing twitter and are threatened with huge fines for disobedience. well and another point, surprisingly, this time among those who benefited from the latest shake-up in the social network market, mastadon, created 8 years ago in germany by a person named evgenia rachko, is not mentioned. this is a decentralized social network, that is, it does not have any single governing body, central server, or anything like that. anyone can create their own server, set their own rules there, and any user has access to all the content, both in the social network and in any other that supports its protocol activitypal. in protests against the new rules of various large social networks, mostadon gained 10 million users by last year, of which, however, according to rachko himself, only 2 million are active. well, briefly about one big anniversary. exactly 25 years ago, in 1999 , the first video card in today's sense of the word was announced: nvidia geforce 200. 56, which took on all the graphic calculations of computers, first of all, of course, gamers appreciated this, however, a dedicated graphics processor was needed not only and, but the real explosive growth of the nvidio company. happened when it became clear that video cards cope well with cryptocurrency mining, when the crypto excitement began to subside, and professional miners switched to very specialized accelerators, a boom in neural networks began for training which video processors were again very suitable, as a result, startups since the late nineties are now valued at about 3 trillion dollars and are consistently included in the top 5 most expensive companies on the planet. this is all about technology for us at this minute, thank you, my colleague philip trofimov was with technology news. in the rostov region, they are fighting large landscape fires, one philip trofimov, host of the vestinet program. philip, hello, the tech press is discussing augmented reality glasses from snap. this is not the first such device, why is it getting so much attention? good day. well , there have been quite a few similar projects over the past 10 years, but until now all the stories about a light version of augmented reality have been reduced to either industrial. act, however, so far not that completely without attracting attention, after all, the new snap spectacles are quite clunky and if the appearance is somehow reminiscent of such memes about the imperturbability can be attributed to the whims of the designer, then the weight of 226 g for glasses is frankly a lot, on the other hand it is two, then three times less than the weight of augmented reality headsets, like qs3 or the same apple vision pro, and at the same time all the main functionality is in place, this is how it looked at the presentation, it was quite short and devoted primarily to the intuitive clarity of the interface, for example, all controls and settings are concentrated on the left palm, virtual objects can simply be grabbed with your hand and dragged, but the ordered simplicity hides non-trivial technologies, relatively compact glasses can build a three-dimensional map of the surrounding world and link drawn objects to real ones, can recognize hands and gestures, all without connecting to an external device... not too fast, but nevertheless. these glasses were made by snap, a company that belongs to the little-known in russia, but popular among teenagers, especially in the us and india, social network snapchat, with a total global audience of about half a billion users, but what is more important in this case is that this is not just a social network about photo and video sharing, it was this service, and perhaps the founder and face of the social network evan shpiger himself, who came up with filters, masks, stop and disappearing pictures, which later became mandatory for other social networks , these are the original distinctive features of napchat, that is, these are such social network visionaries, with augmented reality snap has been experimenting since 2017, when the social network placed virtual copies of jeff koons sculptures in several of the world's largest cities, there were no available ar headsets then, so these works of art could only be viewed through a smartphone in the snapchat app, today, by the way, you can also peep into the world of the owner of the new spectacles glasses through a smartphone, since about the same time snap has been making smart glasses, at first just with a built-in camera, they failed in sales, then there were two cameras for fashionable, at that time such pseudo-volumetric pictures, only here they were not generated, but really two-chamber, similar glasses, by the way, are made today by the joint brand reyben, another social network banned in russia, this is again on the issue of imitating snapchat, in the first year , augmented reality appeared in snap spectacles glasses, but still in such a demo mode, that is, you could only look at augmented reality objects saved by 3d artists using snap tools in previous years, you couldn’t interact with them, but it was then that a new design was laid down, a pair of cameras became responsible not only for video for the social network, but for the orientation of the device in space, displays appeared in the lenses. and the manufacturer of these displays snap eventually bought. and now, 3 years later, evan schigel, not paying attention to the fact that almost all projects of such lightweight devices, including those from google itself, failed, presented almost full-fledged almost finished ar glasses. almost because the area in which virtual objects are displayed, although it has grown many times, is still not very large, because they only last 45 minutes on one charge because and... you can't buy them, are provided exclusively by subscription for $ 100 per month, and not to everyone, only to developers. on the other hand, this gives hope that in a year and a half we can expect a lighter, more compact and technically advanced version, for which a certain number of third-party applications will already be ready, that is, usage scenarios for which it will make sense to buy it. this is all about glasses for us. this minute roman, yes, philipk you, very curious, one way or another, in continuation of this topic, what are the prospects for fidzhital sports and fidzhital movements in russia, about this in a couple of minutes, who is always in a hurry to help, tselesto pain, knee pain, back pain, neck pain, all the same, the shoulder can fail, we will call pentalki
