this is a busy time of year at phl. not too busy on most of the roads so far this morning. a lot of us have things to rap up, before the holiday hits. construction crews have things to finish atl expressway eastbound at the vine. everything is reopened on the eastbound side of 76. work going on on i-95, northbound by the betsy ross bridge, left lane out of commission, southbound there was a crash at girard avenue that cleared out of way. overnight crash in west rock hill, bucks county, lower rocky daily road that's cleared. no issues on the northeast extension. we have construction coming northbound on 42 near south jersey and 295. restrictio there. farther north the ramp to go to 130 there's a truck accident that's blocked. in bear, delaware, route 1 near the roth bridge there's work in two lanes that should be clearing in the next ten minutes. so far so good on the septa regional rails, yesterday it was a nightmare, at least we're on or close to schedule. >> the united paws program returned to newark liberty for their 4th year. service dogs will be roaming the terminal wh
