police say they found a rifle and a pistol inside the minivan that sencion was driving. >>> as the nations to mark the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, new york's mayor says it's time we move forward. michael bloomberg says it's time to stop referring to the world trade center site as ground zero. we're also learning much more about the preparations for that attack. abc's chief investigative correspondent brian ross reports. >> reporter: ten years ago, osama bin laden in afghanistan receives word that the day of the attack had been finalized. september 11th. as for the hijackers, they had set their targets and were moving into place. several, including team leader mohammad atta, prepared to wire unused cash back to al qaeda bank accounts. one of them, mohand al shehri, caused united airlines to correct the spelling of his name on his september 11th reservation record. all 19 of the hijackers were in the u.s. on legal visas issued in their true names with no real background checks. officials say today, that would not happen. >> it's very hard to get a visa to enter the united states
