police say 34 year-old richard mcdowell of pittsburgh forced a 20 year-old woman into the elevator after exiting at sfo bound train just before midnight on friday. they say he tried to take her pants off with the victim, fought back and escaped the park. police sergeant then spotted him saturday and arrested him. >> it's 509, and a teacher from benicia middle school was arrested. accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student. the school superintendent says 56 year-old kurt michael sandel sent sexually inappropriate messages to a student. the district notified police and they arrested sindel. on friday. he was booked on suspicion of harmful matter, sent with the intent of to a minor. we don't have any other information on the case at this point. 5.10, is the time and police are looking for a person involved in a deadly shooting of a man in oakland, andre wilkes junior was shot and killed on september 4th. that's a picture of him. he was shot and killed on olive street around 10 o'clock in the evening. police and crime stoppers are now offering a reward for any information
