with big hero 6 led the box office and pixar coming up with a finding nemo sequel. disney has become a machine for generating mega hit movies. there are a lot of ways to make money including new rides at disney theme parks which help explain how operating income was up 20%. with disney world in particular seeing record attendance. disney is building a new report in shanghai. the company expects they will be able to announce opening date sometime early next year. disney is about more than just generating content. the strength of the company is a testament to the power of good management as exemplified by ceo. and as long as he is at the helm i'm a believer of disney. he has been veracious. he has conviction. over the last three years the company purchased $13.6 billion worth of stock and this past quarter they made a very big buyback. this tells me whenever disney stock gets hit the company will be in there buying with you. disney has a long history of putting excellent results and selling off anyway which is what happened last week. stock fell from $92 down to $90.
