alex savidge live in pleasanton. thank. >>> three hours from now, we will learn whether several officers involved in the police misconduct scandal will be charged. brian flores joins us with the announcement. >> this is a growing scandal. dozens of officers from different bay area law enforcement agencies were expected. alameda district attorney and expected to announce whether any law enforcement officers will face charges in this scandal. there is a press conference scheduled for noon today at the courthouse off fallon street in oakland. nancy o'malley will let us know if she plans on filing charges against the officers involved or not. you'll recall on wednesday, oakland mayor libby schaaf announced plans to fire four officers, suspend several others and send one to counseling and training. 19-year-old celeste guap said she had sex with officers at times while she was under age, and according to the investigation, the officers involved there helped guap avoid arrest for prostitution and lied to investigators. live
