steve keeley is joining us live from port richmond with what we might learn present this, good morning>> reporter: nothing final but it did leak out as investigators were briefed and likely going to be that it appears a bunch of factors created this crash, you know, tragedy, starting with vandals tossing rocks, down on to the passing trains, which had both septa and amtrak, track engineers, on their radios with the track dispatchers, leaving amtrak 188th engineer to lose track of where he was here on the busy northeast corridor and that finding will be taken up with the hearing today saying that 188 engineer brandon bostian lost what is called situational awareness, just before the frankford curve here in the road as he sped up the train to 106 miles an hour distract by all of the radio traffic just before. one other factor, in why eight people died, problems with the emergency windows on the railcars apparently they failed and that is why a lot of those eight people were killed being thrown out of that railcar, chris and lauren. >> steve keeley, thanks very much for the update. >>> bu
