the search continues for gunman in oregon, police say he let them on this chase after a police officer was shot during a traffic stop. this was not too far from portland. did you see the dodge truck there, it's not clear if the suspect is the owner of the truck or somebody else but he did get away. shots fired, schools and roads closed in the area as the search continues. the officer shot is in critical condition. >> a huge political setback for mantle who quit his job as the chief of staff because he wanted to run for the mayor of chicago. something happened to that today? >> this was a real kick for zero bomb of. he was doing great to, by far the front runner in the race. but no court is saying that he is not eligible to run and he is off the ballot. they say he essentially abandoned his presidency when he moved to washington. a lot of people were surprised by at so the court ruled that he was eligible to run on friday. this was a scene recently he was campaigning with bill clinton earlier today, reporters got reaction from emmanuel. >> i got elected to congress two years ago, 75 percent of the vote. i had answered the president " on this request to
