reporter: 27-year-old eric postel will be sentenced tomorrow for the murder of paul danzo. it will not just began -- just be danzo's family present. that andr even befriended postel and his family after she believed he was shooting at someone else. charged as a juvenile, he promised to turn his life around it was featured in a magazine article in 2012. a year later after an argument in a downtown club, postel killed 23-year-old paul danz ando -- danzo and the jury convicted him. after 12 years, to think about the young men and took his life is being sentenced on the same day as takings of appeals's that somebody -- somebody else's. his own. michael says she is she and thethat 's mother had become friends and led a group of mothers of homicide victims. and again they will all be here tomorrow. i will have a lot more on the story coming up on abc 7 news at 5:00. sam ford, abc 7 news. alison: thank you very much. neil cohene man -- is the man that metro wants of the next general manager. we are learning more about his credentials they don't include rail. what is his background
