pottstown is outside of berk. s county. we have berks and montgomery and chester counties coming together. in right this area. when they put out the tornado warning and it's going in this direction, you have to include all three counties in the official warning. even though it is a tiny piece of chester county. and a tiny piece offen montgomery county. that's in the warning. there's just no other way to communicate that at this point. now we're continuing to track this storm. one of the storms there are many of them. 6:13 at pottstown. 6:2 in limerick. 6:34 in phoenixville. all of these areas have been hit by heavy thunderstorms with some strong gusty winds. very heavy rain. a good bit of lightning. but can we turn ob the lightning for this particular one? i like to look for concentrations of the loigt ning. and if we were looking a half hour ago. it was come iing across berks county. the lightning bolts are the older strikes. so that we can get an idea of how the lightning has changed. >> the tornado warning has been allow

and pottstown around 5:51. with all of this activity.s this cell continues to move on off to the south and east at about 30 to 40 miles per hour but also take a look north and west of philadelphia. a lot of very heavy rainfall with this activity. we also have severe thunderstorm warnings for sections of chester county, right around west goshen vicinity, some of that's moving into sections of delaware county as well. so moving toward eventually the conshohocken curve area also as you move toward the northeast extension we're looking at some moderate to heavy rainfall here and as we move into sections of bucks county right now, we're also looking at a lot of heavy rainfall. those rainfall rates four, 5-inches per hour as you move toward places like bensalem. moving toward solebury area, also, toward new hope and then as you move into trenton mercer county looking at those downpours but once again this is the area in question. as we focus in on sections of berks county right now. you can see that red box that is indicative of the potential

starting to see that breeze pick up. 84 in pottstown. mount pocono 77 degrees.lville like i was saying earlier a bit cooler just because we are looking at some showers and thunderstorms within the area. here's frontal system off to the south of us. pushing south of south jersey into delaware then it stalled out of the it moved south stalled out and that's why a lot of these storms and showers that are popping up aren't moving very quickly. and so that's what the problem is going to be over the next few hours. these storms are going to kind of push in and we're going to see them kind of stall out right over top and so we are starting to see some cells popping up something to watch out for for the next hour or so. and then as temperatures start to drop back down, we reached highs into the upper 80s created a lot of instability. once those temperatures do start to drop back down sun begins to set this may not be as much of an issue we have to wash out for passing showers through the n few hours as we head nine, 10:0t showers becoming much more isolated. tomorrow mo
