and green power, that's really a puc function, but the puc has promised from the beginning to be delivering green electricity, green-source electricity to the island for us. we can go on to the next slide and talks about transportation. and the headline here is electrification and bob knows we've been working actually in partnership with weida who is going to run ultimately the ferry service to understand the specifications and make sure we have a plan for infrastructure that's going to go in the ground to support charging ferries on the island. that's happening now, we're working on locations for big ugly boxes that have to fit in the park for transformers to support this. but i think we're fairly close to some decent solutions there and we'll be ready to support charging of the ferry vessels in the near future. i think other things are items in the plan that have been under heavy discussions. congestion policies and the policies are hopefully being finalized and this is to support discouragement of land use. bicycle access has been enhanced, both the bay bridge path and potential for the
