he introduced sonny purdue who is the agriculture secretary. congratulating him for a very big vote. he talked about a big tax imposed on canada on the import of lumber that you use to build a home. when you go to home depot and you buy wood. they have imposed a 20% tariff on canadian lumber in response to an argument that has been going on for decades and an argue about dairy between the united states and canada. the united states claims that canada subsidizes lumber because trees are on provincial or national land and not commercial land. lots of stuff going on in that conversation with president trump and it is not expect a trade war with canada because they have a huge surplus. the surplus they have is for major reason and that is canada has oil that the united states buys. a as we near the 100th day in office, the "wall street journal" poll shows more americans care about economic issues than anything else. 56% are satisfied with the current state of the economy, but a higher percentage of americans disapprove the handles of that economy.
