see that purple blob right there? the heaviest rain lifting to the north and west of philadelphia shifting a little bit farther to the north. so, what does this mean? well, first let's take a look at the timing. between saturday afternoon and saturday night with spotty showers and storms ahead of the main event the remnants of bill. then the remnants move in. the heaviest rain between saturday at 11:00 p.m. and sunday morning. some very heavy downpours especially during the early morning hours. sunday after 7:00 a.m. the rain tapers. some clearing by midday and then some scattered afternoon thunderstorms possible. future weather really times it out quite nicely. during the day tomorrow, some spotty showers and heavy downpours popping up over the course of the day and the evening here and there. but after 11 o'clock, here we go the remnants of bill move on in. rain heavy at times through the early morning hours and then right through the morning. after seven, 8:00 a.m. we see a break and by noon the sun could come out
