[ laughter ] this whole thing is a judgment call by a police officer on the street assessing the situation, and to think that you're gonna impose a policy on either side of this question that's going to change the way a cop on the street dealing with a threat either to themself or to the community is suddenly gonna take out a policy manual and read it is ridiculous. so we're not gonna have stop-and-frisk anymore, except there are gonna be people who get stopped and who are frisked. believe me. >> i agree with that, but with respect
