randy. randy: right now a man is dead after a car and a tractor trailer collided in danvers. this happened around 8:00 last night. route 1 right at north street. danvers police tell us the driver of the car, a 50-year-old man from peabody was killed. no charges were filed at this point. right now parents are demanding boston school bus and the eye's sera congi is at hyde park with the new information that we're learning. >> randy, dcf is investigating, and it says it notified the d.a.'s office as well. they are looking into allegations that a seven-year-old student was sexually assaulted by a six-year-old classmate on a school bus. this incident happened earlier this month on november 3. school officials say that they immediately notified the auit learned about it over the weekend from a facebook post. only then did the school send out an alert to the school community. now according to the boston herald there was no school monitor on that bus. >> i believe all children should have a bus moni

doug: hey, randy. good morning. later this morning is the first time we're going to see the man accused of driving drunk and then killing that texas couple this past summer. it was back on august 31 when birenbaum was driving 80 miles an hour and impaired when he slammed into the hampton inn shuttle bus returning to the hotel from logan. to people from el paso, texas, were thrown from that bus and killed. two other passengers and the driver also hurt. that swampscott man is facing two counts of murder vehicle mom side. authorities say that his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit. emily: all right, doug. thank you. some of the people who rushed into this fiery crash. this is the aftermath on i-95 north in walpole. >> we pulled the last lady out of the back of the truck. it exploded. it just went up in flames. emily: the crash happened saturday night. three sisters and a husband of one of the women were trapped. one woman, maria castano, had a broken neck and couldn't mo of the car and pulled her out. they c

randy. randy: breaking news on this thanksgiving holiday is getting off to a deadly start. emily: a fatal crash in plainville, and antoinette antonio is live with what we know right now. antoinette? antoinette: police are confirming this crash did involve a wrongway driver, and it was that driver who was killed. it happened -- it's hard to see but this is the stretch here's a look at the scene from overnight. this crash happening just around 2:00 this morning. the two vehicles were involved. one of them was going north in the southbound lanes of 495 when it crashed into another vehicle near exit 14. that's between route 1 and 95. the person driving the wrong way was killed. the victim in the other vehicle was taken to rhode island hospital. still no word on their condition this morning. driver who was killed got the, got on the highway in the wrong direction, and for those traveling this stretch of 495, all lanes are back open after being shut down for some time. that is the latest live on t
