if you look at the close in europe you will see that we saw red ink across the board at the close.lier in the session we saw some gains or the other main indices, but we ended in negative territory. cac in paris. .own 1.3 percent let's take a look at where the u.s. stock markets are at this hour. we're seeing shares trading to the upside, with not very long to go before the end of the trading day on wall street. we're seeing positive figures, despite lower oil. these gains followed to straight sessions of losses. so perhaps only natural to see a little bit of a reaction after those two days of losses that are just spoke about. the nasdaq is leading the way at this hour, up around a quarter of a percent. fizzle seen those gains out somewhat over the past hour or so, with the dow jones industrial average this hour of only about a tent and represent -- up only about a 10th of a percent. the price of crude has hit a fresh alive i 11 year low. the lowest since july 2004. oil prices have been driven lower in this time of record high level of crude supplies globally and weakening demand.
