investigators are piecing together what led to a deadly shooting at a bank in redwood city. showing several police officers with guns pointing at the suspect. they responded to a call from a woman who reported seeing a man pacing with a gun in front of the atm at this wells fargo bank. several officers tried to convince the man to surrender. this is what happened when he didn't.
