usually there's a dropoff in rehoboth beach. that's what we're dealing with. he water is at the level of the sand. that's not normal for rehoboth. it's not a big deal in rehoboth because rehoboth sits higher up than some of the other delaware beach towns, dewey beach, for example, sits down lower. sometimes within the water goes up from the ocean, it come s up from the inland bay. lewes is also the same, the town of lewes up high. there's a canal and marina. if you go east towards the beach, it sits lower. it's prone to flooding. both of these areas, so far, so good. we talked to some people who said you know what, it's not as bad as it could have been. take a listen. >> i'm more thankful, more thankful that it wasn't as bad as it sounded like it could be. >> the weather started out really bad but it ended up fantastic. >> yes, pretty fantastic yesterday and certainly today it's not going to be too, too bad. probably not going to be able to go into the ocean. indian river inlet, the surfers will probably want to go into the ocean. there is a lot of this coating
