richard wang what you want to take from that? guess who we are seeing at increasing over time and one thing we have to think about as well is not just more young graduates out of college are people who pursue college but also we have to think about right now we are getting into the ai economy. what is happening right now as we have more than 3 million truckers driving trucks right now and we are seeing autonomous trucks in the next five to 15 years. when that happens we are placing more than 3 million truckers and for some of my colleagues out there those are like robots and here in the united states we have more than 2 million people to that work in call centers. when these things start displacing or workers you look at a rough map to the million call support centers in 5 million truckers how were we going to rescale this audience? that's a big problem that we have to solve. in terms of rescaling our workforce and getting two apprenticeships and the skill gap it's not just the audience of people going to college or graduate coll

richard wang, people are calling in. in some of your pieces you said there was a role the federal government can play in pushing the education system in this new direction. what is that? the speed of technology changing we have to create a circular skill economy. we need to incentivize employers ill the workforce and arete a program where we sending people back to school every seven to 10 years. the speed of change and always have to obtain new skill sets to be useful and valuable on the labor market. we have to maintain competitiveness, go back to school every seven to 10 years to get retrained. i think the federal government has to create policies to enable that to happen and create wraparound services for people to pursue those options. that is why i think -- where i think the federal government should come in. at the end of the day we pay tax dollars and the government should create a ladder of epic -- of economic mobility. host: especially for those folks who cannot afford to take time off to go back to school every

wang qian. you don't sound as confident as richard?y will remain elevated into 2020, and that will continue to weigh on business confidence badly, and most importantly we will probably see corporations be more cautious in terms of hiring. and that will affect the labor market. so for the u.s. actually, we have seen the number on payroll going near $200,000 -- going near 200,000, but in 2020 we will see that start to decline. so 100,000 to 150,000, the labor market slows down and fiscal support start to fade, then you would see consumption start to weaken. expect u.s. economic growth to slow to 1% in 2020. yvonne: we have a face-one deal that could be signed and week. there is talk of a phase -- phase-one deal that could be signed next week. there is talk of a phase two. how likely is it that we get any meaningful from a phase two? no matter how you call it, a phase-one deal is very similar to what we got as a temporary truce at the end of 2018 or the middle of 2019, so the same thing, we buy time for both sides but we didn't really sol
