folks may be leaving the berkeley area traveling north or east along the freeway and richmond bridge to san rafaelas you head to the peninsula side, and use 101 back into the city to avoid the b.a.r.t. system. reason being, as we show you the traffic. experiencing major delays with a problem of maintenance vehicle crashing inside of the transway tube. now there are from 23 trains per hour down the 10. so that is causing a big backup on both sides of the bay. you will have to transfer from the west dublin station. ac transit and the buses which includes the dunbarton express, no delays, and the muni is not reporting delays either, and likely experiencing more traffic like tuhe bay bridge and the metering is on and the backup is there. no problems, but 880 expecting to see more traffic flow from between the san mateo bridge. and coming down the peninsula and cleared between the city and san mateo, and the trivalley with the typical friday commute, and westbound i-80 west, and now pleasanton and dublin stations, you can expect delays from the heavy traffic into and out of that area. and the triple ef
