as they buckled the union planks, the union army -- off this ridge, seminary ridge. there are 25 cannons along this ridge. the union line in this particular area, just west of the house was particularly -- cannons on the guy named -- push in this direction. eventually tplanks are still crumbling but this is the last position to hold. on the final day of the gettysburg this is the final position. the army was driven away from this ridge. the southerners occupied their ridge at this point, they lay out their con nones on this ridge as well. n now, we know all this because the battle of gettysburg is the greatest battle of civil war. people came here afterwards, there were early heroiiss tornst checked people's stories. there was a map made within the year of the battle and that shows a union and found ked rat soldier and actually more than that on the property itself. all of the accounts and photos and everything else bolstered that. the postwar history of the house is interesting as well. because here you have one of numerous houses on the battle, the civil war battle

remember that ridge coming back unabated with no opponents? there is an opponents. a new area of low pressure diving further south than we thought keeping the ridge farther away tomorrow and saturday. temperatures will be cooler tomorrow and saturday inland as that ridge retreats but once it comes back, it's likely going to be here for the better part of a week and next week looks hot especially late in the week. low pressure will fill into the bay and there at the coast and gone by the afternoon. and tomorrow temperatures will not be as warm as what we're dealing with today. not as warm or hot tomorrow and saturday. temperatures will climb sunday. next week, especially starting next wednesday, we could likely begin to see several 100-degree days or hotter. so we will be a bit cooler tomorrow. we warm back up on sunday but stay relatively mild near the water. and next week, look at next wednesday and thursday. getting kind of hot! three digits above 100 degrees especially in our hottest inland locations. hat's your forecast; we'll be right back. to grab a struggling
