we're talking areas close to roanoke around harrisonburg where we have seen a lot of flooding.of clouds across our region. that's helped to keep us in a stable environment today. because of that, we did not see the afternoon showers and thunderstorms. we talked about this last night. we may see some later this evening. that's still what i'm waiting for. by 11:00, that's when i expect to see showers around the region as temperatures drop into the 70s. that's also what we've been seeing since about 11:00, noon. look at this line of storms. this has been severe for sure. numerous severe thunderstorm warnings out of this. even a tornado warning in the raleigh area. to the north, this is what i'm watching for later this evening. now what's going to be happening here, we've got this storm dropping down towards philadelphia, but this area of storminess will drop across our region over the next few hours, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 tonight. no strong to severe storms. maybe a rumble of thunder and some rain. that's about it. tomorrow the same. humid during the day tomorrow. temperature around 7
