rob joins us with a first look at what we can expect as we head into the holiday weekend. rob? >> that's right. that was the weather fireworks we saw off to the east last night. right now a much calmer view misty skies. 67 degrees. sea breeze is cooling places off like san francisco a couple days ago. sitting near 80. the cooling of the ocean air conditioning turning on around the bay area. late last night look at that lightning crossing over the hills there of the diablo range. more lightning in the north bay this morning. we could see another round of this setting up as we head towards the evening into looks like the early hours of tomorrow. right now the radar is primarily dry but look off to the east again. more moisture here coming off the sierra that will try to make a run at the bay area later on this evening which will give us a chance not only of that humidity you're feeling outside right now but a chance of seeing some scattered showers and maybe brief isolated thunder near the hilltops. especially out towards the north bay. as we head into the fourth of july weekend
