investigators arrested these two people, 28-year-old melissa godshall and 32 -- 43-year-old robert kennerley. >> reporter: yeah, it was disturbing, they were allegedly making the meth, a neighbor tells us an area where this happened is usually a family friendly community and they're not happy to hear there was meth nearby. police spent much of night investigating, they got a search warrant and that's when they found the meth lab inside. godshall and kennerley both facing several charges including manufacturing and trafficking meth. police say the two kids, ages 1 and 7 were taken to the hospital as a precaution. neighbors say happened. they say the two were renting the house and just moved in. >> the house had been vacant though for some while. and i know the people beside it, i thought they bought the home, they were remodeling, but obviously, they did and i don't know who lived in it. we don't want it in our neighborhood, if i seen it, i call the police in a heartbeat. >> reporter: raleigh police still investigating, hoping to release more information today. as for godshall and kennerley,
