the most recent happened last night on rocky mountain road. investigators say the victim was shot in the chest, taken to the hospital. condition unknown. investigators also looking for whoever shot a man yesterday morning at the light rail station near san jose state. police say a friend drove him to the hospital. he has minor injuries. the victim told police there was a fight on the light rail platform that led to the shooting. >>> today we're learning more about a body found in the water in the south bay. emergency crews responded to the marina in alviso last week to reports of a body in the water. the santa clara county medical examiner's office identified the victim as jamie allan collier of clearlake. he was reported missing earlier this month. according to the medical examiner, the cause of death was drowning. but the circumstances around how he ended up in the water are still under investigation. >>> the coroner has identified a man who was hit and killed by a b.a.r.t. train last night. it happened at the west oakland b.a.r.t. station.
