shocking allegations out of santa rosa tonight. . as a cub scout leader is under arrest -- accused of sex crimes against a child. franklin lee was a part of sebastopol's cub scout pack 128, but all mentions of him on the website. have been taken down. police say, the victim was *not part of the cub scout pack. one neighbor says, the child was very close to lee's home. kron-4's jeff bush is in santa rosa with the disturbing details. franklin lee is currently in custody, here, at the sonoma county jail and is being held on one million dollars bail. he is charged with numerous sex crimes against minors including lewd and lacivious acts with a minor under 14, sodomy, and other charges we can't mention on air. earlier in the day i went to lee's residence and spoke with a neighbor who was shocked to hear the news. franklin lee's house has children's shoes out front, pictures of dinosaurs and other items associated with small children. his neighbor, deborah, says she thought he was interested in helping young people, but, when she heard of
