let's get over to isabel rosales now, who is in tampa it's raining there as well. tell us how things are going there. >> hey, kate. good morning. i'm keeping my eye on the hillsborough bay right now. you can see during normal times the water levels are already pretty high up. this is bayshore boulevard, an area that is notorious for flooding back during helene the storm surge got so bad that it actually reached the walls of the tampa general hospital, which is the region's only level one trauma center. so i am keeping my eye on the water levels here, especially in the worst scenario we could be seeing double the storm surge here in the tampa bay hey region of course, that is very dependent on lung landfall for that obviously the messaging from officials right now is very much go evacuated. you can this is the 11th hour. we heard that from the sheriff, chad chronister, and if believe people are taking that advice isabel. >> thank you, randi. thank you. have got people stationed all along the path. >> alright. let's get right to the director of the national hurricane

let's begin with cnn's isabel rosales and tampa. and you were there at the dramatic overnight rescue? assisted living center and just to hear you speak to them. and the last hour at all, they went through actually sitting and water waiting for rescuers to arrive activity because this is just simply too important. >> what hillsborough county sheriff's office is doing right now and take a look right here. they have gotten hundred and 35 residents out of an assisted living facility and they are here right now in their wheelchairs using walkers. many of them barefooted. that's how quickly they had to get out. cold what waiting to be loaded up onto a hillsborough county school bus and then taken over to the yingling center. that is uss basketball court where i'm told by hcs, so it has suddenly become a shelter for these residents. we have seen hts, so deputies and fire rescue right now giving them blankets, given them snacks, juice, trying to help them out. many of them going through very, very traumatic situation. i want to introduce to
