and for that, let's bring in cnbc's rosanna lockwood who joins us live from london. u.s.wing the stronger than expected jobs report. how are things shaping up as this monday begins? >> well, a little bit better in the equities market, we've had a stronger lead here in europe and we're going to handle it that stateside, u.s. futures tipping toward a positive open and let's see if they can hold on to it but it is all about the economic data at the moment a stronger than expected payrolls report on friday. and despite that, pretty bleak wage data and a tough labor market. what this means when it translates into monetary policy. does it pave the way for the fed to continue acting pretty aggressively. at the moment the conversation in the market, it is around whether the fed is basically going to pause, after an expected 50 basis points rate hike on the interest rate, in june and july, and whether it keeps going, the fed still under that mandate, trying to stop run away inflation without ideally tipping the economy into a recession. >> so you may have heard of the tesla ceo el
