intersection is rowland avenue at sheffield street.ns completely blocked off here by abraham lincoln high school this morning. stick with 13, frankford avenue as an alternate to rowland. no word on when they'll get it reopened but at this point with that pole down doesn't look like it's going to be any time soon. not so far off we have that nasty crash along grant avenue right where it comes in with the roosevelt boulevard southbound. so restrictions on grant. stick with welsh road instead. and on the boulevard, southbound in the outer drive you may find just a little bit of slowing as you travel south on route 1. you're definitely finding slowing as you travel south on 95 by now. we've got that crash by could the plan in the work zone off to the side but it's extra heavy from approaching academy through that pointer. then you're on the brakes again from the betsy ross bridge into girard with speeds in the teens. still have the water main break blocking seventh at locust on the west side of washington square and it might be a good day
