sanctioning leadership of saudi arabia and eventually handing those contracts over to players from russia or china. the president also pointing out that 17 saudis have been sanctioned by the united states in connection with the death of jamal khashoggi. that appears to be as far as the president is going to go. he's going to get that report from the intelligence agency, the president already laying down a marker that the united states is sanctioned, the president is at least for the time being giving them a pass when it comes to the death of jamal khashoggi. >> harris: turkey all along has said it has at least one tape, audio, video, the complete components they have in terms of the killing of khashoggi. the president saying he didn't want to watch the tape at hand. what do we know about the evidence the cia would've looked at and what the president has or does not have in terms of not watching the tape? >> clearly the cia listened to the tape, the president of turkey says the tape was played for the cia director when she was over there doing an investigation. clearly the cia has plenty of assets

have you seen evidence russia or china intervened in yesterday's election? >> we are going to make a full report. unlike the previous administration, we have done a lot of work on that issue. if you speak with the fbi, the department of justice, homeland security, we have spent a lot of time, it gets very little coverage in the papers, you cover the nonsense part but not the important, this is very important. we have been working hard on china and russia and everybody else looking into our elections or middling. people tend not to write about it but we have worked hard about it. reporter: what do you intend to say to president xi jinping and --sident later this month and president vladimir putin later this month? >> i have a good relationship with both. i know president xi better. i had a good meeting and russia that you people did not agree with but that is ok, it doesn't much matter. meetingis, i had a good with president putin and a lot was discussed about security, that, ukraine, the fact president obama allowed a large part of ukraine to be taken. right
