fox 29's sabina kuriakose is live at the philadelphia art museum. sabina, any runners come out yet?t's like the secret to live tv. usually there are people right behind you right up until you go live. that's exactly what did happen to me. we did have a couple of people shall not too many. you can see intermittent. just people coming up and down. they don't stay too long. earliest we did get some joggers and some runners who were out here on the art museum steps. the diehards coming out and getting in their workouts, albeit in small numbers. and then they head right on back into that warm car. this of course from the coldest temperatures that we have seen all season long. so if you are out, whether you're exercising or just out shopping or walking around, you do have to be careful and dress for the weather. as you mentioned, code blue in the city all throughout the weekend. that means that people are trying to get the homeless and other vulnerable populations off of the street into shelters. we even ran into some folks yesterday who were just taking matters into their own hands. they
