this happened in salisbury. the store owner was shot and killed during a robbery at the store on morseville. robinson was charged, with two others. past year and are serving life sentences. this morning, he took the stand in the case against robinson. the county chair of mecklenburg county has laid out his vision in the annual state of the county address, giving an address earlier this morning. he says chronic diseases are monday the top health problems, with tobacco use being a serious problem. he touched on his budget proposal saying it includes no increases to the tax rate. we attended the address and will have a breakdown at 6:00. the u.s. supreme court could rule as early as today on whether or not north carolina will have to redraw of lines of 10 district by the end of the week. a state has until friday to reconfigure. that came after districts determined it was played a role in determining their boundaries. donald trump is coming out swinging again on the campaign trail, this time he is targeting the bush
