san francisco. i want you to know that the legacy foundation work very hard on this program. we set up a separate education working group which met outside of the actual legacy foundation meeting and that group met three times. those meetings were in addition to the work that we did in terms of the scholarship research. we talked to students about their financial needs. i can tell you i can remember one student telling me that when he got to college, he didn't have sheets to put on his bed or clothes to wear. we became back to the l.f. board on a well thought out program with the full l.f. board immediately adopt it. from my experience as an educator, i was able to get in the community and talk to the students. they desperately need and deserve these resources which this scholarship program will provide. it's a privilege to know that the legacy foundation with your support, will be providing resources in this area. for the long-term. the legacy foundation has always had strong feelings about providing stipends for students. we're really concerned because some of the students
