we had to san juan, where foxes will not only reports on how the island is preparing ahead of the stormor at least this weekend. for a lot of people here at its worst. we have concerns about the inundation of rain, causing mudslides and some of the more mountainous areas here in puerto rico. also the very delicate electric grid. think about what we just went through in jackson, mississippi, with infrastructure that's already so delicate that when you have any type of storm activity. it really causes problems. that's a situation that puerto rico finds itself in, in many cases with the electric grid with maria just devastated so much of this island that electric grid is still very much in a delicate state. so any of the storm activity that we can see from fiona could have big implications in terms of electricity here on the island. meanwhile at this hour, the red flags are out on the beach there, warning of the rip current possibility, encouraging swimmers to stay out of the water. the surf is relatively calm, but we know that that's going to change over the coming hours as we get closer
