and san leandro police say they are suspects in other crimes as well.olice arrested the boy in connection with the attack of an 80-year-old asian man that took place this weekend, which as you can see was captured on video. you could see two hooded figures struggle with the 80-year-old man when he falls. the man yells for help. a third person walks over to what's happening but does not intervene. you can hear him laughing as he walks back to the getaway car. they believe the person is the 11-year-old boy. police say he was driving a vehicle that was carjacked in oakland on monday. police say the group is suspected of a second strong arm robbery this weekend but steven clark said it's unlikely the boy will even be sent to juvenile hall. >> there have been a number of attacks he's associated with. the system of juvenile justice is set up for rehabilitation not punishment. >> reporter: the man did not suffer any serious injuries. police have not said that they are -- have not said whether they are pursuing hate crime charges in the attack. investigators sa
