you can see those two counties now joining san francisco, san mateo and santa clara counties in the state's orange tier. taking a like look right now in alameda where they will soon allow nonessential businesses to reopen offices and restaurant indoor dining capacity will grow to 50%. the timing is important for the oakland a's. opening day is on thursday. in the orange tier fans may be allowed to return to the coliseum at 33% capacity. it looks like napa may have just missed the cut today to move to orange. big disappointment for wineries hoping to reopen for indoor tastings. the economy there really depending on tourists from out of state and around the world. we will have our eye on napa county. meantime here is what is allowed in the orange tier for the counties that did make the cut. bars can open outside without needing to serve food. indoor dining, retail, museums can open to 50% capacity. nonessential offices can reopen up to 25% capacity. gyms, bowling alleys and pool halls can also open up to 25% capacity. sonoma, solano and contra costa are likely to stay in their red tier for at
