that cloud cover that came by overnight starting to build the and coming over livermore, fremont, san pablo bayow gone. we are waiting on this fog as it tries to hit closer to the mendocino coast. we have this dry air and watching this area coming around the high, building over the siera and you can see it swinging by and that is what happened last night around midnight until 2 am. today looks cooler for some, west southwest, 60s on the peninsula and pacifica at 54. cooler over by the coast. 70s, 50s in truckee with the thunderstorm activity dying off in hot conditions inland. we will drop by 5 to 7 degrees. the coast in the bay 70s and 80s, and today tomorrow should be a little bit better. we will see what comes closest on wednesday and thursday but if it gets is warmest that one model says it is, we want to get the word out pretty quick. >> we will need to help a.m.. -- pam so that she can make it to the weekend. >> i will try to make it.>>> amazon has big plans for a whole foods and that could be good news for your wallet, and we will explain coming up. >>> welcome back to mornings on 2. >>>
