here's a live look at the richmond-san rafael bridge and everything is flowing nicely. it is 4:46 in the morning. on a monday. everything looks good. and 880 i mentioned that earlier wreck in fremont. if you're continuing out of oakland, into fremont approaching fremont boulevard. there's a wreck on the shoulder though. no delay between oakland and hayward everything looks great. the only place we're seeing some real slowdowns as you can see here is out of the tracy area. through the altamont pass. and until you get to north flynn and then it clears out and again, we're just getting word of that wreck in the pleasanton year. we're not -- area. we're not seeing any delay on the sensors yet but that could change. a look along the peninsula, maybe heading out of town and have to hop a flight over by sfo. from sfo all the way down into palo alto everything is moving final right now on 101. we have one high wind advisory posted this one by chp and it is issued for the san mateo bridge. and if you look closeically at the right side of your screen, where that sign is illuminat

eloi vasquez went to marin academy in san rafael. his family is in los angeles helping authorities try to find him. we're live from berkeley with what they know. >> reporter: eloi vasquez is a freshman midfielder on the uc berkeley soccer team, and on friday he drove down with teammates, who hey friends at usc. that night he went to a fraternity party at at around 1:00 in the morning his cousin told me vasquez tried to talk his friends into running to the beach but they told him no. the beach is 15 miles away. vasquez decided to leave the party on his own, and a short time later he made a phone call to his friend in berkeley. he said he was lost, alone, worried and needed her help. she told him to reach out to his friends who were with him at the party. at 2:15 in the morning he called her again repeating the same story mentioning something bat beach. that's that last time anyone heard from vasquez. his parents drove down to los angeles and are pleading for any help that loads -- leads to his safe reason. >> he is a top athlete, socc
