luis sanchez and marvin norwood will appear in court in a few hours. both of the gentlemen have a history of domestic violence and now charged with the beating of bryan stow at that march 31 baseball game. both gentlemen were arrested on thursday night. and charged on friday. and each with one count of mayhem, assault to produce great bodily injury and battery. additionally sanchez has been charged with misdemeanor battery for attacking two other san francisco fans at the stadium that night. documents that were released in court last week paint a pretty gruesome picture of what officials say that sanchez and norwood did to bryan stow. they claim that stow had his tongue cut and eye put out, and that he was slit on the nose, the ear, and the lip. now, stow has been making some strides toward recovery. over the past couple of months. but then he had a set back last week. and had to have emergency surgery. that was a seizure that he had that prompted that surgery. and since then, stow's sister says he has been showing some signs of progress. >> his kids c
