what the final vote tally is but congrats to rick santorum. he has worked hard in iowa. we will it has been a great victory for us. and ron paul had a great night as well. >> if you look at caucus night by the numbers, strong was right. by the numbers romney did win by eight votes. the challenge was because it was so, so close, the closest it has ever been in the history of the caucus, that could change once getting through the certification process. it took a couple week and the campaigns were fighting here because strong, after going through the certification process, he and his staff were saying it was a tie and that made the santorum people. when it was eight-point margin you said romney was the winner. now you are counting the votes you found, and santorum is up by 44 you are saying that is a tie -- 34 -- how can that be? so a state central committee got involved behind the scenes and they forced strong and had several versions of the news release they were going to send but they agreed on one where he said santorum is the winner. >> than
