sara bloomquist is live now with the latest for us. >> reporter: monica police tell us late this afternoonave not made progress finding the adult that had the infant, this baby in a stroller inside of this dunkin' donuts at 15th and locust 10:15 sunday morning. they need their version of this story to determine if a crime was committed. investigators looking at the video believe it may have been an attempted abduction. >> the surveillance video inside of the dunkin' donuts at 15th and locust shows the man in his 60s approach the child in his stroller with two care givers nar by, he placed his hands on the baby as does the man that chased him out of the donut shop. we see what appears to be an attempt to abduct a baby a stroller. police were called by a third party and the man and the care takers were gone but the man was nearby and taken into custody. they believe that this man displayed a level of aggression. >> we want to act appropriately if a crime occurred there and we don't want to leave us and the public in the open for someone doing this repeatedly. >> the man is known to frequent

live in fairmount park, i'm sarah sara bloomquist channel6 "action news." jim. >> thank you sarah. >>> we're following a developing story in northeast philadelphia. the burned body of a man has been found inside a building in the 400 block of franklin mills circle. construction workers renovating the former sushi kingdom discovered the body today. live at the scene is "action news" reporter dann cuellar. dann, what have you been able to find out? >> reporter: well, jim, police do have their suspicions but nothing has been ruled out. crime scene investigators remain on scene here documenting evidence as detectives try to figure out what happened here. the scene is the former sushi kingdom restaurant adjacent to the philadelphia mills mall at 427 franklin mills boulevard. it had been shut down since late 2015 and abcontractor was called to repair some broken windows. >> when he went into the building to see what kind of work they needed to do, they discovered a body in a side room that appeared to be heavily charred and burneddism it's unclear how long the bo

live at the scene tonight is "action news" reporter, sara bloomquist. how bad is this hole and howl will this be a problem? >> reporter: they are making progress. water service was restored at 4:00 this afternoon and the electrical issue can cause a minor delay. and at this point it's a matter of repairing the hole and the damage to the pavement that results. the streets department is doing the work and everyone hoping that it won't take too long so 17th street can reopen to traffic again. working throughout the day pgw was prepared to wrap things up this afternoon but a live wire underground posed a potential problem and peco was called out to deal with the electrical issue and the hole on 17th between walnut and locust got bigger. >> we'll begin to investigate the cause of the cave-in and if we can pinpoint what took place there and when we can open the street again. >> it was opened because of a small hole in the street. crews discover aid break in a 3 inch service line supplying water to an adjacent building and businesses below didn't have water ei
