i'm sarah stinson reporting in san francisco. >> back to you. >> thank you, sara, to 7.36, let's go to the east bay. take a look at this damage done to a business in antioch, the glass on the front doors. absolutely shattered. this is romney, liquor and food and it was recently attacked. you see the brick there on the ground. somebody through that through the front door. antioch police say they received surveillance video from this store on east 18th street. they were able to identify 2 suspects. they actually broke in stole bottles of alcohol officers have so far managed to arrest one of them. they're still looking for the other. but we now know the name of the woman who was killed in a crash on interstate 8.80, over the weekend in oakland. her family has identified her as chris o de la rosa. her husband says that she was on her way to work early sunday morning when a suspected drunk driver crashed into several cars, including hers. and then moments later, a box truck crashed into her vehicle, killing her. the suspected drunk driver was arrested de la rosa was described by her family

i'm sara stinson reporting back to you. >> thank you, sarah. it's 9.37. now to the wildfires. here's one burning in concord. you're looking at time lapse video of this fire burning near willow. pass road and philo road right next to highway 4. it broke out yesterday afternoon. cal fire says it's about 70 acres in size. they happened about 30% contained forward. progress has stopped. so that's some good news. no word on how it started or if anybody was hurt by those fires. but the boyles fire up in lake county. we've got a really big update for you. it's still about 80 acres in size. but the great news this morning is that it's 100% contained. it broke out over the weekend. crews had to evacuate some of the nearby neighborhoods and it'll be that way for at least the next flights of stairs, which replicates what the first responders did on 9.11. there is going to be a lot of time to think. >> to muscle through it to reflect possibly a lot of the personnel that have shown up today are in full year and it looks heavy. i will say it's wearing a lot of weight physically and there co

i'm sara stinson reporting back to you. >> sarah, thank you. 6.38.the time now for the latest on wildfires burning. we've got one here near concord. this is time lapse video showing the scene shortly after the fire broke out near willow pass road and villa road right next to highway 4. this fire apparently sparked about well sometime yesterday afternoon. we don't have the exact time, but at last check, cal fire says it had burned 70 acres. it's about 30% contained. they were able to stop the forward progress of the fire. no word on how it started. they're still looking into that. well, the boyles fire up in lake county has burned more than 80 acres now, but it is 100% contained. it broke out over the weekend. crews say evacuation orders will stay in place, though, for at least the next couple of days. they say the fire must be completely out before there, you know, allow people back. and so they're be stepping out some hot spots that are still there. no one was hurt. luckily, the fire, though, did destroyed dozens of buildings and cars. >> 6.39 right

i'm sara stinson reporting back to you. >> sarah, thank you.e now 7 38 and in alameda county sheriff's canine is hurt after being attacked by suspects. pitbull. so deputies say this all happened yesterday morning in hayward on midland avenue, right cherry land park deputies were originally called there for a court violation. but when they arrived, the suspect pulled out a rifle said he had a bomb and then barricaded himself inside the home there for hours. deputies ultimately used gas to get him to come out. and that is when police say the suspects pit bull attacked the police canine. that canine was taken to a vet and treated and is expected to make a full recovery the suspect is now in santa rita jail. >> 7.38 and a man is in custody after this esp found about 100 pounds of meth in concord. this happened last month when the man was pulled over on 6.80, near marina vista road and will help with the canine. see there, the police found a lot of drugs and end up arresting that man on drug charges booked into jail. >> 7.39, let's get you updated o

last night, dozens rallied outside city hall kron. 4 sarah stinson has more. >> dozens rallied outside city hall tuesday night in support of the food bank after a lawsuit was filed by to our media residents against the nonprofits project to build a new location across the street. this should be supported 100%. the executive director to harden says litigation could get in the way of construction. it was a sequel lawsuit and it basically claims that the city did not follow the proper procedures for approving our forever home project, which would notify our approval of our building it threatens to hold our project. right now, the food bank is located on alameda point. >> in a large hangar on the former naval air station. and part in says the new building would help them better serve the community. we don't have an indoor waiting area. we have customers who waited outside when it's hot when it's raining. it's the right answer for the developers. >> the wrong answer for the food bank and the people of alameda. todd hickman owns a winery in the area of the food bank on the former naval base
