he was arrested on saturday in arizona. he and a second suspect were spotted driving in southern california and they led sheriff deputies on a high speed chase cross the border into arizona and were firing out the window. the car crashed and silva surrendered but the other suspect would not and was shot. 84-year-old woman was found dead in a chair at her home on thursday. she lived there for decades. the motive for the killing is still not then. there is a third suspect, 27-year-old john martinez not in the car with the others and was arrested on saturday in richmond and will be arraigned tomorrow. >>> thank you. in hayward, a 12 hour stand off came to a dramatic end with the arrest of a man suspected of shooting at an officer. the swat team moved in yesterday afternoon after gas or smoke poured from the windows of a home on d street and officers took away a man in handcuffs starting at 2:00al when the suspect shot at an officer during a traffic stop at soto road much the officer was not hurt. the suspect was driving a car
