i have a question. 800 loans were approved under the sba system prior to this. almost 5000 banks made 4.3 million loans and put out $520 billion to companies under 540. 99.8% went of that to companies with fewer than 500 employees. problem is i think we have on two levels, one in the bill itself and one that is happening now, is we have disincentivize people to come back to work. my state is beginning to open up, and safely. we have two constituent groups, the military and essential workers. look at how they managed their protocols while they manage through this crisis. it gives me great confidence we can open the economy up. the other premium is keeping people from coming back to work. there are people in my state want people to come back to work, they are saying why would i do that. i will enjoy this premium and be back in a couple of months. employers thing is encourage their employees to go on unemployment, even though they were getting money and they were hoping when the revenue started they would begin to bring the people back and then use the loan to pay
